FAQ's


SHIPPING:

We aim to process and dispatch parcels within 72 hours of receiving your order. During busier periods, dispatch may take up to 5 days. Please note that we do not dispatch parcels on Sundays.

You will receive an email notification once your parcel has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking information.

Please ensure you provide all requested information at checkout, in case we need to contact you with updates regarding your order.


SHIPPING FEES


All UK and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar are shipped via DHL.

  • Domestic UK: from £5 (smaller orders)
  • International: from £15
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman & Qatar: £36

Shipping fees may increase for heavier orders. Final costs will be calculated at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your parcel leaves the UK, Royal Mail will hand it over to your local courier. You can continue to use the same tracking number to follow your parcel.

On the Royal Mail tracking page, you will see the option to “continue tracking”, which will direct you to your local courier’s website.

Please monitor your tracking information closely so you know when to expect delivery. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.

 

While we are happy to assist, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers. Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid any disruption to your delivery.

Although we will do our best to help minimise any additional customs charges, we are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs.

It is important to monitor your tracking information closely. If your parcel is not cleared through customs within the required timeframe and is returned to us, we will contact you. Please note that we are unable to resend parcels without charging an additional shipping fee.

 

Refund policy

 

RETURNS

 

 We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused and in their original condition.

All returns must be requested and approved via email before being sent back. Please contact our support team at shop@pausemag.co.uk with the subject line “Return or Exchange” and include your order number.

In your email, please state the reason for your return, along with your parcel tracking number and the courier used, so we can monitor the return.

We are not responsible for returns sent without prior approval, and we do not cover return shipping costs.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be offered an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Please note: Socks and sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final.


REFUND TIMEFRAMES

We aim to process returns as soon as they are received. However, during busy periods, refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed.

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase.
