FAQ's

SHIPPING:

We aim to process and dispatch parcels within 72 hrs of receiving your order, during busier periods it can take upto 5 days for dispatch (please note that we do not dispatch parcels on Sundays). You will be notified by email once your parcel has been dispatched, this email will contain tracking information.

Please ensure you provide all the requested information at the checkout should we need to contact you with updates on your order.

SHIPPING FEES:


Both UK and international orders are shipped by Royal Mail "Tracked". Orders to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar are shipped via DHL.

DOMESTIC UK: **from £6 smaller orders

INTERNATIONAL: **from £15

UAE, SAUDI, OMAN & QATAR: £36 

**shipping fees may be more for heavier orders, this will be updated at the checkout**

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Royal Mail will hand over parcels to local international couriers once the parcel has left the UK, you will be able to use the same tracking number to track your parcel with your local courier. You'll see the the option to "continue tracking" on your parcels Royal Mail tracking page which will take you to your local couriers website. Please keep an eye on your tracking so that you know when to expect your parcels, we will not be held accountable missed deliveries.

Whilst we're happy to assist, we cannot be held accountable for delayed shipments caused by couriers, please ensure all information provided to us is accurate to avoid any disruptions to your delivery. Whilst we'll do our best to assist in helping avoid any additional custom fees, we also cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs.

It is important that you keep a close eye on your parcels tracking. If the timeframe for clearing your parcel through customs is missed and is returned back to us, we will contact you to let you know. We're unfortunately unable to offer to have the parcel resent without charging an additional shipping fee. 

Refund policy

RETURNS


We're happy to accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery being that items are unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Returns must firstly be requested and accepted via email before shipped back to us, please contact our support team on shop@pausemag.co.uk with the subject; Return or exchange and your order number. Please then state the reason for your return along with your parcels tracking number and delivery courier used so we can track the return. We cannot be held accountable for returns shipped back to us which have not been accepted, we do not cover shipping costs for returned items.

Please always obtain proof of postage and tracking number when returning a items. We are unable to take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.Once we receive your order and passes inspection, you will be offered an exchange, a store credit or a refund.

REFUND TIMEFRAMES

We aim to process returns as soon as they arrive back to us, however, it can take up to 10 days for refunds to be processed during busy periods.
